Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support stock initiatives by assessing and restocking samples and brochures, and support store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
