JOB SUMMARY
The Video and Creative Producer/Editor is a professional who uses software to assemble raw footage into polished video, adding effects, color grading and sound to create a narrative.
You will:
- Have the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer requirements and company priorities.
- Creates and produces video content for all channels across all subsidiaries throughout the east coast.
- Optimize video workflows including captioning, motion graphics, color correction, and audio balancing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Executes shoots on site/on location including audio, camera operation and talent directions. Additionally handles assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, special audio needs, custom graphics and animation.
- Produces educational, instructional, or event‑based videos as requested including defining objectives, shooting in studio and remote locations, conversion of existing video formats for video editing.
- Stays ahead of evolving digital marketing trends, including AI‑driven personalization, predictive analytics, and emerging ad platforms to enhance campaign performance.
If You Are:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Film, Multimedia, Advertising or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare marketing or similar consumer‑based digital marketing.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of advertising, marketing and branding principles.
- Superior problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in, and a strong understanding of, digital consumer marketing, search engine optimization, video production workflows.
- Strong project management skills (planning and execution) with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and set priorities within tight timelines.
- Ability to work and communicate successfully in a remote environment.
