About the Role
TH Media is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring brands to life through creative, compelling, and intentional visual storytelling. This role will help translate client visions into cohesive, on‑brand designs that span both print and digital — from logos and visual identities to social graphics, signage, and campaign materials. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead and the broader TH Media team to craft visuals that not only look great but communicate meaningfully. Every project will challenge you to think strategically, design boldly, and tell stories that connect.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and obsesses over the details that make good design great. Someone who’s passionate about visual storytelling, driven to push boundaries, and excited to grow with a creative team that values both artistry and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute designs across print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, brand identities, booklets, signage, stationary, promotional materials, and more
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and social team to bring brand stories to life through thoughtful, on‑brand visuals
- Create logo and identity systems that reflect each client’s unique story and personality
- Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and attention to detail
- Prepare print‑ready files and digital assets with precision and quality assurance
- Participate in creative brainstorms and campaign ideation sessions
- Translate creative direction and strategy into compelling visual concepts
- Support client presentations and revisions with clear rationale and professionalism
- Collaborate with social strategists to ensure designs enhance messaging and storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with timelines and deadlines
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
- Communicate clearly about progress and priorities
- Adapt quickly to new challenges, feedback, and shifting client needs
What We’re Looking For
- You’re passionate about design and storytelling — someone who can see both the big picture and the small details. You understand how to make visuals feel intentional, strategic, and fresh. You’re equally comfortable brainstorming bold new ideas and fine‑tuning layout details for production.
- A creative thinker who loves exploring new ideas and pushing design boundaries
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
- Confident managing deadlines and fast‑moving projects
- A problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) — bonus if you’re familiar with Canva and Figma
Why This Role Matters
Design is a key part of how we tell our clients’ stories — it’s the visual thread that connects strategy, content, and brand identity into one cohesive narrative. As part of the TH Media team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every piece of creative work reflects the heart of the brand and the quality we stand for. From first impressions to final details, your work will help our clients look, feel, and communicate their best.
