About the Role
The company is seeking a Marketing Advisor to help design, execute, and refine the marketing growth engine.

You'll partner directly with the CEO to shape the company's go-to-market approach - translating strong product traction into a scalable, predictable marketing engine that connects brand, demand, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation, demand velocity, and revenue impact.
- Run multi-channel programs across digital, content, paid media, SEO, events, and partnerships.
- Lead trade show and event strategy, ensuring measurable visibility and ROI.
- Own marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to ensure data accuracy, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market rhythm.
- Build and manage campaign calendars, launch plans, and execution playbooks for repeatable results.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize programs and continuously improve ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all channels and materials.
- Manage and mentor a small internal team and agency partners, fostering accountability and clarity in execution.
- 7-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics technology, or supply-chain software.
- Proven ability to build and operate marketing programs tied directly to revenue.
- Hands-on experience executing integrated campaigns (digital, content, and events) that produce measurable pipeline results.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and funnel analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Data-driven and creative, with the ability to convert insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborative mindset - skilled at working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments that require flexibility and initiative.
- Experience leading small, agile teams or agencies with clear ownership and accountability.

- Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) volume and conversion
- Campaign ROI and cost per acquisition
- Sales enablement effectiveness and attribution visibility
