Director of Non‑Profit, Admin Support at Solomon Page

Our client, a top media and entertainment company, is seeking a detail‑oriented, analytic Paid Media Coordinator. This role will support the Growth Marketing Platforms team in the strategy and execution of innovative, emerging media initiatives across paid media channels, including programmatic connected TV (CTV) and digital audio.

  • Location: New York, NY
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday‑Friday Hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Assignment type: Contract for approximately 7 months
  • Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour depending on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, trafficking, and pacing of programmatic CTV and digital audio campaigns across major demand‑side platforms (DSPs).
  • Assist with campaign management workflows, including creative trafficking, audience setup, flighting, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, flagging pacing or tracking issues to senior team members.
  • Pull performance data for optimization analysis and post‑campaign reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute pilot campaigns and test emerging media channels.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation for smooth campaign execution.
  • Stay current on new DSP capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create/update spreadsheets and use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for marketing campaign reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with key digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, completion rate, CPA, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Yahoo DSP, or Amazon DSP is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast‑paced marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in programmatic advertising, CTV, and emerging media channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a media agency, particularly within Publicis Media, Omnicom, or IPG Mediabrands, is preferred.
  • Prior Paid Media or Programmatic internship or project experience (3–6 months) highly valued.
  • Candidates at the entry‑level who show curiosity, initiative, and the ability to build structure in their work will be strong fits.
