Responsibilities
- Showcase luxury properties on national TV, highlighting their unique features and lifestyle benefits.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Collaborate with our media team to create compelling marketing content that elevates property visibility.
- Participate in high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
Required:- Active Real Estate License in Florida or Georgia (dual-state licensing is a plus).
- Proven sales experience in real estate, ideally in luxury, coastal, equestrian, or high-end residential markets.
- On-camera presence — comfortable being filmed for Selling with The Gaileys, social media, and marketing content.
- Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust quickly.
- Strong local market knowledge or the willingness to become an area expert in assigned territories.
- Proficiency with real estate technology, including CRM platforms, MLS systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend showings, meetings, and events.
- Track record of annual sales volume in real estate.
- Established sphere of influence or network in local communities and high-value circles.
- Interest in social media content creation and personal brand building.

Compensation
Team Mindset Compensation: $85,500 - $105,000 yearly
