Responsibilities

• Update and enhance existing technical documentation to reflect new features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Work with fellow writers to maintain consistency in style and presentation across all materials.
• Create high‑quality technical content that communicates complex information clearly and concisely.

Skills

• BA degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in writing technical content.
• Exceptional English writing skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Proficient in documenting public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes.
• Experience using Oxygen XML Author or similar tools for DITA documentation.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for documentation management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CLI and Linux‑like operating systems.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this role is $57 - $92 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
