We are looking for an experienced and creative UI Designer to join our team! As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Role

If you love designing and are fascinated by the pharma industry, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a UI/UX Designer, you will deliver the best online user experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will create interface elements—menus, tabs, forms, widgets—using the latest methods and technologies.

Key Duties

• Plan and implement new designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements while striving to deliver intuitive, user‑centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct ongoing user research

Requirements – Who You Are

Experience:

• Agency experience (advertising or creative agency) with at least 1 year as UI/UX Designer, or 3‑4 years as UI/UX Designer at a production house
• A strong portfolio that combines UI/UX with good design aesthetics
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• Knowledge of HTML coding and ability to collaborate with developers to bring designs to life

Skills

• Must speak English fluently (speaking and writing)
• Team player with a collaborative attitude, eager to work with multicultural teams and interdisciplinary departments
• Can supervise creative freelancers or juniors on projects
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work impact on business success
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Adobe products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver

Desired Profile

• 1 year of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
• Familiarity with Human‑Computer Interaction
• Optional: experience working with pharmaceutical brands
