Job Description

Edge Restoration is seeking a dynamic, motivated Field Marketer to join our fast-growing restoration team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to generate new business opportunities.

You will represent the Edge brand to insurance agents, property managers, realtors, plumbers, contractors, and other potential referral partners. If you’re ready to grow your career and income, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Visit referral partners daily to generate leads and maintain strong relationships
• Promote Edge Restoration services with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track all marketing activity and lead performance through CRM tools
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or marketing experience
• Restoration experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be self-driven and able to manage time independently
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Of
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
• Additional bonuses and incentives available for top performers
