Position: Producer
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $100,000/year
Experience: At least 12 years of sales or employee benefits experience, preferably in a broker agency or benefits administration firm; experience selling to C‑suite clients strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; current Life and Health Insurance License required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite clients and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and client management teams to develop and retain business.
• Present and communicate company value propositions and insurance solutions effectively.
• Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM software.
• Negotiate client contracts with carriers and oversee renewal processes.
• Stay current on health care reform, compliance issues, and industry trends.

Position Requirements

• Strong leadership and strategic relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
