Director of Sales and Marketing
to join its executive leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact at a family‑owned company known for delivering high‑quality component products and engineered solutions that power innovation across aerospace, medical, automation, and industrial markets. Based at the company’s newly built headquarters in
Hicksville, New York , this role will be responsible for driving the next stage of commercial growth. The Director will lead all aspects of
Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience , including inside and outside sales, applications engineering, e‑commerce, and marketing communications. Responsibilities
This is a hands‑on, strategic role for a commercial leader who thrives in a
technical, customer‑driven environment
and wants to shape the growth trajectory of an established yet evolving organization. Lead all aspects of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Drive commercial growth and develop multi‑channel strategies. Oversee inside and outside sales, applications engineering, e‑commerce, and marketing communications. Build and mentor high‑performing teams. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Background in precision components, motion control, or engineered products. Demonstrated success leading multi‑channel commercial operations, from strategic planning and distribution strategy to e‑commerce and brand development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high‑performing teams. Passion for identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth. Willingness to be fully on‑site in the state‑of‑the‑art facility. Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive compensation package ($185–200K + bonus), a comprehensive benefits plan, and a
9/80 work schedule
(every other Friday off). Additional Information
