We’re looking for a Survey Operations Analyst to join our Amazon MGM Studios Consumer Insights team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end survey operations for Amazon MGM Studios' global consumer research initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple markets to design, program, and deploy sophisticated survey instruments that capture vital consumer insights about our content and streaming services. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in survey programming, project management capabilities, and analytical skills to ensure data quality and reliability. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices in survey design, supporting complex multi-language projects, and developing efficient processes for survey deployment across international markets.
Key job responsibilities
Support survey programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
Partner with Research Managers, and collaborate with Operations Managers across global panels to support translation tasks and processes
Dive Deep: Develop an understanding of our partners research needs and support impactful testing strategies
Customer Obsession: Assist in driving excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
About The Team
Develops secure, online survey testing strategies globally in multiple languages
Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
Drives customer obsessed solutions to custom testing strategies
Develops visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders
Partners across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience in survey design and datasets
Experience with Qualtrics and programming multi-market surveys
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using data visualization tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
