Role Description
This is a part‑time hourly position for a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator, based on‑site in Miami, FL. The coordinator will manage CasaLima's social media platforms, create engaging content, and promote the brand to reach a broader audience. Day‑to‑day tasks include scheduling and planning posts, engaging with the online community, organizing small events, and coordinating marketing projects to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and culturally resonant content
Experience in Sales, with an understanding of customer engagement and acquisition techniques
Competency in Event Planning and Project Management to handle events and marketing campaigns efficiently
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
A creative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, culturally dynamic environment
Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for multitasking
