We need a strategic marketing leader who can set strategy, own marketing metrics, and build a high‑performing team while staying close to execution in the early stages of growth. Claude Code represents a paradigm shift in software engineering, and you will translate this innovation into measurable marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own Claude Code marketing strategy and execution with accountability for pipeline generation, marketing‑sourced revenue, and qualified lead targets. Develop and execute multi‑channel demand generation strategies that drive awareness and qualified pipeline across self‑serve, product‑led growth, and enterprise segments. Design and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through qualified opportunity, establishing clear metrics, conversion benchmarks, and feedback loops at each stage. Partner closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, territory coverage, and account‑based marketing strategies for enterprise targets. Lead major product launches as integrated marketing campaigns—coordinating across teams to maximize trial adoption and pipeline generation. Build and manage marketing budget allocation across channels, campaigns, and programs; demonstrate clear ROI and continuously optimize spend. Establish marketing operations infrastructure including lead scoring, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboardsli> Drive experimentation and growth marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and accelerate self‑serve adoption. Own Claude Code’s web presence, digital channels, and content strategy to drive organic discovery and inbound pipeline. You're a Strong Fit If You Have

12+ years of marketing experience with a significant focus on B2B demand generation and revenue marketing. Proven track record owning pipeline and marketing‑sourced revenue targets; experience building predictable, scalable demand engines. Background marketing to developers or technical audiences—you understand how to reach builders authentically and what drives adoption in technical communities. Experience building integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, community, and partner channels. Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in marketing operations, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization. History of building and scaling marketing teams, including hiring talent and establishing processes as organizations grow. Comfort operating as both strategist and operator—you can set the vision while rolling up your sleeves on execution in the early days. Deep understanding of product‑led growth motions and self‑serve conversion optimization. Experience partnering with sales on pipeline acceleration and account‑based marketing. Excellent executive presence and communication skills; ability to present business cases and marketing strategy to leadership. Ideal Candidates May Also Have

Experience as a founding or early marketing leader at a developer tools or infrastructure company. Background in product management, growth product management, or developer relations. Familiarity with the modern developer tools ecosystem and AI/ML product landscape. Track record scaling marketing at high‑growth startups through multiple stages of maturity. Experience with community‑led growth and developer advocacy programs. International GTM experience and multi‑region campaign execution. Technical background or engineering degree. Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary $320,000–$400,000 USD, plus equity, benefits, and incentive compensation. Full‑time employees receive competitive benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, and flexible working hours. Location and Logistics
