Job Description Performance Media Director

We’re looking for innovative and driven professionals who are energized by performance media strategy, and cutting‑edge marketing approaches. Key Responsibilities

Guide and expand a team of specialists across performance channels, promoting teamwork, accountability, and ongoing professional development.

Direct the setup, refinement, and performance tracking of campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.

Provide strategic leadership to ensure all media activities align with core business goals and measurable outcomes.

Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, delivering tailored insights, and presenting data‑driven recommendations.

Oversee campaign analytics and translate performance findings into actionable insights for internal and client teams.

Manage budgeting and forecasting across multiple paid media channels with precision and transparency.

Enhance operational performance through process documentation, workflow improvements, and the establishment of best practices.

Partner with internal teams to craft and execute integrated, cross‑platform campaign strategies.

Uphold meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to quality standards throughout all project stages.

Qualifications

10–12+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a media agency role.

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at a senior level.

Track record of effectively leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics and KPIs into strategic recommendations.

Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies.

Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities and delegating effectively.

Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a focus on clarity and precision.

Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for evolving marketing technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
