Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Executive Search Partner | Women-Owned Certified Business | Helping Built-Environment Companies Create, Manage, and Maintain the Spaces We Live and… We’re adding an VDC Designer who specializes in plumbing and piping systems and enjoys translating complex project requirements into practical, coordinated design. This is a role for someone who understands how buildings really function — flow, pressure, safety, efficiency — and wants to contribute to work that has a long-term impact.
What You’ll Do Produce plumbing and piping system designs using
Revit , including modeling, coordination, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Support project engineers with layout, calculations, and technical problem-solving.
Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
Participate in clash detection and coordination using Revit/MEP tools and Navisworks.
Work closely with architects, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent is met.
Maintain drawing standards and contribute to continuous improvement on documentation and workflow.
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in plumbing, piping, or mechanical system design.
Proficiency with
Revit
in a shared work environment.
Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, or Fabrication CADmep is a plus.
Understanding of building systems, code requirements, and construction processes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
A background in engineering, construction, drafting, or similar technical training.
