Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Analyst to help ensure clients have strong foundational analytics in place that help set the stage for effective measurement of marketing programs. This role will support the growth and use of analytics across the agency. This includes much of the technical setup and know‑how required to measure performance across clients, and ensuring a strong foundation for tracking and reporting.

A key component of this role is the ability to help support the setup and management of new dashboards, as the broader rollout and development of reporting and analytics across all clients is a core goal of the Analytics team moving forward.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Analyze digital marketing and PR data from disparate data sources to optimize digital campaigns and communications programs

Serve as the day‑to‑day analytics point of contact on digital and PR clients; work closely with account, paid media, and content counterparts to deliver data‑backed insights and recommendations to inform content and campaign optimization

Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly owned and earned reports for retainer clients; conduct ad hoc analyses to support new business efforts and project‑based work

Work closely with our data engineers to ensure data is clean and accurate. Implement and document new processes for data categorization, naming, and tracking to make reporting clearer and more efficient

Present performance results to internal teams and clients

About you

3-5+ years of experience in an analytics, insights, or research role, ideally at a marketing, advertising, or PR agency

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience using BI data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau for data analysis

Familiarity with social media and digital advertising analytics platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads/Business Manager, Amazon Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics

Experience presenting reports and findings to clients and explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences

Strong writing and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with ETL and data pipelines preferred

Experience using SQL for data analysis preferred

The expected salary range for the Sr. Analyst position is between $70K - $95K. Base annual salary is determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.
