Marketing Automation Specialist
to join a growing and dynamic team! We are looking for a skilled specialist to lead the development and optimization of automated marketing workflows that enhance customer engagement and retention. This role will be responsible for building and managing CRM campaigns, designing customer journeys, and ensuring the CRM system operates efficiently and effectively.
Job Description
Develop and Implement Automation Strategies: Create and manage marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals and CRM best practices.
Design and Optimize Customer Journeys: Build, test, and refine automated workflows to improve customer experience and lifecycle engagement.
Email Campaign Creation: Design and build responsive, personalized email campaigns using CRM tools and templates.
Manage CRM Communication Channels: Oversee email, SMS, and push notification channels to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
Analyze Customer Data: Use data to understand customer behavior and inform segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with commercial, data, and central CRM teams to align strategies and support lead generation.
Maintain CRM Systems: Ensure CRM platforms are up-to-date, troubleshoot issues, and support new feature rollouts.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
2+ years of experience creating campaigns & journeys in a CRM.
B2C or DTC experience.
