Creative Services Director Remote position – Candidates residing in Washington, Oregon or California are encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions

Strategic Campaign Leadership: Drive or support ideation, design, and production of marketing and advertising, including both awareness‑driving and service line regional/divisional efforts.

Creative Stewardship: Act as a Center of Excellence, ensuring marketing and advertising creative aligns with Providence’s mission, positioning, values, and a unified platform.

Integrated Creative Planning Direction: Steer creative campaigns across all platforms – digital, social media, blogs, web, OOH, print, radio, and beyond – ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand presence everywhere.

Brand Compliance: Utilize approved Brand Guidelines to support adherence and compliance across creative efforts. Oversee brand expression at every touchpoint, serving as the "first and last eyes" on all campaigns and designs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the central creative hub, fostering strong relationships with leadership, external collaborators, and key partners to ensure unified brand communication.

External Agency/Freelance Collaboration: Establish strong partnerships with external agencies, ensuring projects align with Providence’s brand ethos. Oversee strategic direction of their work, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and efficacy.

Multidisciplinary Team Leadership: Direct and nurture a diverse group of internal and external talents spanning design, copywriting, content creation, and production, ensuring harmonious collaboration and top‑quality outcomes.

Strategic Collaboration with Marketing and other internal Business Partners: Translate creative briefs into groundbreaking campaigns and oversee the entire creative lifecycle from inception to fruition.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of current marketing trends and competitor activities within the health care industry, enabling innovative approaches that stand out in the market.

Project Portfolio Coordination and Organization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring asset organization and storage.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years progressive business experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing clinical services lines and/or health insurance products

Direct experience in consumer packaged goods

Prior experience in the Health Care industry

Salary Range by Location

California – Humboldt: $63.50 – $100.26 per hour

California – All Northern California (except Humboldt): $71.25 – $112.48 per hour

California – All Southern California (except Bakersfield): $63.50 – $100.26 per hour

California – Bakersfield: $60.92 – $96.18 per hour

Oregon – Non‑Portland Service Area: $56.79 – $89.66 per hour

Oregon – Portland Service Area: $60.92 – $96.18 per hour

Washington – Western (except Tukwila): $63.50 – $100.26 per hour

Washington – Southwest – Olympia, Centralia & Below: $60.92 – $96.18 per hour

Washington – Tukwila: $63.50 – $100.26 per hour

Washington – Eastern: $54.21 – $85.59 per hour

Washington – Southeast: $56.79 – $89.66 per hour
