In this role on the Personalities Team, youu2019ll create bold, visually compelling digital marketing that brings our Ramsey Personalities to life across every touchpoint. From emails and paid ads to landing pages and social content, your designs will capture attention, build trust, and move audiences to take action. u00A0 Youu2019ll collaborate closely with other designers, marketers, and strategistsu2014and have the unique opportunity to work directly with the Ramsey Personalities to help drive major campaigns forward. Youu2019ll also mentor younger designers, champion brand consistency, and balance creative excellence with speed and strategy to deliver work that inspires and performs. You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing design creating emails, landing pages, and social content that drive results. Youu2019re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, delivering high-quality work quickly. Youu2019ve mentored other designers and enjoy helping others grow. You think beyond visuals, understanding how design fits into the customer journey. Youu2019re confident presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You know how to balance polish with efficiency to meet deadlines. You bring a calm, relational approach that builds trust and clarity in fast-paced environments. What Winning Looks Like:
