Position Overview We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Communications Assistant at our dynamic organization. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies for various projects.
Support the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Conduct research to gather information for communication projects and campaigns.
Manage and update content on our website and social media platforms.
Help coordinate events and outreach programs to engage with the community and stakeholders.
Maintain media lists and assist in the tracking of media coverage and communications metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Salary & Benefits
Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
