Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative professional to join our team as a Content & Communications Specialist. This role involves gathering information from stakeholders and subject matter experts, documenting processes and standards, and transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for enhancing organizational communication and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities Content Development & Documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect and document business processes, standards, and best practices.

Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation to strengthen internal knowledge bases.

Tailor written content to fit specific audiences and communication objectives.

Create and edit articles that highlight team accomplishments, initiatives, and projects.

Apply taxonomy and metadata standards to organize content effectively.

Support key performance indicators (KPIs) by producing content that drives engagement and awareness.

Visual & Multimedia Content Creation

Design engaging visuals, graphics, and infographics to support internal communications.

Produce content for digital signage, internal social media platforms, and other communication channels.

Develop short videos and visual assets that promote organizational initiatives.

Ensure all visual materials align with established brand and style guidelines.

Familiarity with tools such as Figma or equivalent design software is advantageous.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, knowledge sharing, and awareness initiatives.

Coordinate and support internal campaigns and events focused on learning and engagement.

Utilize collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage tasks and maintain project documentation.

Organization & Execution

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables effectively.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience creating written and visual content for internal communications, marketing, or knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Strong writing, editing, and interviewing skills.

Proficiency in design and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Jira, Confluence).

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
