Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and support our dynamic, high-performing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and loves telling stories through luxury branding, design, and digital media.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
Plan and schedule all content in advance to align with seasonal campaigns, listings, and events.
Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Collaborate on creative storytelling, captions, and video scripts that align with brand voice and tone.
Video & Visual Production
Support on-set filming days—behind-the-scenes coordination, assisting with agents, and capturing short-form content.
Help edit, upload, and organize media for reels, property features, and lifestyle campaigns.
Content & Website Management
Draft, edit, and schedule blog posts; update property and community pages to ensure SEO optimization and consistency.
Maintain website content alignment with the Sotheby’s International Realty global brand and local listings.
Digital Campaigns
Build, track, and monitor performance of paid Meta and Google ad campaigns.
Generate performance reports and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate company events, community partnerships, and client appreciation gatherings.
Manage event timelines, logistics, and marketing materials to ensure seamless execution and maximum brand exposure.
Brand Consistency & Creative Support
Uphold Sotheby’s International Realty’s luxury standards across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with leadership and agents to design print pieces, listing promotions, and email newsletters.
Qualifications
Proactive planner with exceptional time-management and scheduling skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends and real estate marketing best practices.
Experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Basic photography/video skills (or eagerness to learn quickly).
Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and luxury branding.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Compensation $38,000 – $43,000 per year
