$55,000 to $65,000/year + commission Type

Build and nurture lasting relationships with local businesses and advertisers. Develop and execute custom multimedia advertising strategies across print, digital, and lifestyle platforms. Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and ROI. Identify new business opportunities and maintain consistent outreach to prospective clients. Stay informed on local market trends, business news, and community events. Represent the company professionally at client meetings and networking functions. What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years in sales; advertising, marketing, or media industry preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail. Local market knowledge and strong networking skills preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits. About HH Staffing
