Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

social media strategies

that increase engagement, awareness, and lead generation across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and emerging digital platforms.

Build and manage a

content calendar

that integrates organic posts, paid media, video, and PR initiatives.

Produce, edit, and optimize

short‑form and long‑form video content

for social and digital channels—product spotlights, customer stories, industry insights, and event highlights.

Skilled with new and emerging video tools.

Experience with

AI‑driven and generative video tools

and emerging platforms like

OpenAI’s Sora

and

Google Gemini Nano , to accelerate video creation and enhance storytelling.

Deep understanding of

platform‑native video formats and algorithms

for

LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok

to optimize reach and performance.

Support

public relations efforts , including media outreach, press releases, and thought leadership content.

Plan and execute

paid media campaigns

(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta) to amplify key initiatives and product launches.

Develop and maintain

marketing collateral

such as case studies, one‑pagers, and product materials to support the sales team.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Sales to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Measure and analyze content performance using engagement, conversion, and visibility metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in

B2B marketing, communications, or digital content , ideally within

technology, SaaS, or robotics .

Proven ability to manage

corporate social media channels , especially LinkedIn and YouTube.

Experience with

paid digital media —strategy, execution, and reporting across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.

Demonstrated skill in

video creation and editing , including experience with both traditional and

AI‑powered video platforms .

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with PR, media relations, or influencer collaboration is a plus.
