Position Summary

Leads the community management organization—driving client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth. Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans. Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws. Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals. Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs. Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs. Qualifications

12+ years community/property management with significant multi‑site leadership. Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record. PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership. Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s required; master’s preferred. Collaboration — partners effectively with boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams. Leadership — takes ownership; for lead/supervisor/manager roles, sets direction and coaches others. Excellence — produces accurate, audit‑ready work; follows SOPs, policies, and governing documents. Accountability — meets deadlines and SLAs; uses KPIs to drive improvements. Respect — communicates clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Office/hybrid role with extended screen time; periodic site/amenity walks and meeting attendance. Some evening/weekend work for events or board meetings may be required.
