Job Description
The objective of this role is to enhance quality within production to meet customer needs and expectations. The Bilingual Technical Writer will focus on continuous improvement through the translation of technical controlled documentation from English to Spanish, supporting the creation of clear records, procedures, and policies for all employees.
Responsibilities
Translate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), master batch records, controlled documentation, and policies from English to Spanish.
Operate independently to resolve key issues and plan work effectively.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address controlled documents, ensuring usability across various teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, including cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations through accurate translation.
Participate in meetings with operations and quality personnel to understand manufacturing workflows and maintain integrity of controlled records through translation.
Essential Skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience in scientific technical writing.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay & Benefits Pay range: $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
