About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the strategic growth of EAE USA by coordinating marketing activities, managing event logistics, and ensuring our brand stands out in every interaction — from trade shows to digital content. This position is ideal for someone who loves multitasking, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and enjoys blending creativity with organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead event and trade show coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
  • Create and curate original photography, social media content, and marketing materials that bring the EAE brand to life.
  • Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, contractors) and handle ordering of promotional and marketing collateral.
  • Support CRM updates, budget tracking, and general marketing administration.
  • Analyze campaign and event performance metrics to prepare actionable reports.
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive consistent messaging and engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Marketing, Event Coordination, Customer‑Facing Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% for events and trade shows.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
  • Experience with budget management, event planning, and vendor contracts.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
  • Collaborative mindset, problem‑solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
