Marketing Manager

This hands‑on role manages branding, communications, digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and budgeting — ensuring consistent, high‑quality messaging across all channels.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and results‑oriented marketing professional with a strong strategic mindset and practical experience in B2B marketing within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage multi‑channel advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and industry sponsorships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create impactful marketing materials.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data insights.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, case studies, and white papers.
- Ensure alignment across corporate, product, and internal messaging.
- Support the development of sales collateral, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Plan and execute trade show participation, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Manage booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate lead follow‑up processes and evaluate event performance metrics.
- Maintain and update company website, optimize content for SEO, and monitor analytics.
- Design and execute social media strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management, content development, and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva), and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience organizing trade shows or B2B industry events.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with technical products, engineering terminology, or industrial markets.
