A leading structural engineering firm known for its innovative seismic design and close collaborations with top architectural practices is seeking a Marketing professional to join their team (flexible on location). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the Architecture/Engineering marketing landscape and wants to shape a firm’s brand, voice, and client engagement strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Proposal Development: Lead preparation of high-quality SOQs, proposals, and interview materials for both public and private sector pursuits.
  • Brand & Content Management: Maintain and evolve firmwide brand standards across all digital and print materials.
  • Marketing Strategy: Support business development initiatives – including market research, pursuit tracking, and client outreach.
  • Digital Presence: Manage website content, social media channels, and other digital storytelling initiatives that showcase the firm’s projects and expertise.
  • Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing materials – project sheets, brochures, presentations, and award submissions.
  • Event Support: Coordinate conferences, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and client events.

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing (engineering or architecture firm experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage proposals and qualifications packages.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills – able to turn technical details into engaging stories.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required), Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working directly with technical staff and firm leadership.
