We handle every stage of the process — from concept to construction to long-term care — with a focus on timeless design, technical excellence, and exceptional client experience.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing

to elevate our brand presence, strengthen relationships with architects and builders, and generate qualified leads for new projects.

Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals. Oversee all brand content: photography, social media, print, and website. Manage project features, case studies, and press submissions to design publications. Plan and execute campaigns to strengthen relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners. Oversee production of printed materials such as project portfolios, lookbooks, and client gifts. Manage digital platforms including Instagram, website, and email campaigns. Support business development through tracking leads, proposals, and outreach follow-ups. Coordinate with the principal on positioning, storytelling, and public image of the brand.

Qualifications Experience in marketing, brand management, or communications — ideally in the design, architecture, or luxury home industries. Strong eye for design and aesthetics; familiarity with high-end residential architecture and construction. Excellent writing and communication skills. Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple creative projects. Experience with social media strategy, photography direction, and digital content creation.

About You You’re someone who understands both brand and business — you appreciate great design, and you know how to make people see and feel it. You’re equally comfortable coordinating a photo shoot, editing copy for a project page, or brainstorming outreach ideas. You thrive in an environment that values craft, precision, and authenticity.
