Videographer Job at Circlesconference in Amarillo

As a Videographer at Circles Conference, you’ll play a key role in documenting the event and creating engaging video content that captures its atmosphere, stories, and highlights. You’ll help showcase the energy of our creative community through compelling visuals that inspire future attendees and sponsors.

We will cover flights and hotel for this role, though preference will be given to candidates located in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Film main sessions, workshops, and event activities with attention to both storytelling and composition.
• Capture b-roll of attendees, speakers, and behind-the-scenes interactions that reflect the Circles culture.
• Work with the marketing team to align on creative direction, style, and video goals.
• Edit short highlight reels, social clips, and promotional videos for use across Circles channels.
• Organize and deliver raw and edited footage in formats suitable for digital distribution.

Requirements

• Experience filming live events, interviews, or branded content preferred.
• Proficiency with professional video equipment, stabilizers, and audio recording gear.
• Ability to edit with programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and motion storytelling.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to adapt quickly to a changing event schedule.
• Flight and hotel accommodations covered by Circles Conference (DFW-based applicants preferred).
