About Your Role:

Affinity Solutions is seeking a Manager, Digital Audience Operations, who will oversee the technical and operational execution of digital campaigns and audience initiatives. This role focuses on audience targeting, data management, and campaign optimization, bridging sales, marketing, analytics, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximum campaign performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of the DSP ecosystem, programmatic ad buying, and media performance metrics, and is comfortable collaborating with media agencies and ad tech partners to deliver effective audience-driven campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end setup, management, and execution of digital advertising campaigns across web, social, email, and programmatic platforms
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Design and implement audience targeting strategies using advanced data analysis and segmentation to reach desired audiences effectively
  • Programmatic & DSP Operations: Manage and optimize audience buying strategies across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath) and collaborate with media agencies to execute efficient programmatic buys
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics—impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and ROI—to evaluate campaign success and recommend optimizations
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) to track KPIs, provide performance reporting, and generate actionable insights
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign operations, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve ad serving, tracking, and platform integration issues; collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain system integrity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison among marketing, sales, data science, creative, and external media partners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution
  • Ad Tech & Platform Management: Manage and optimize ad tech stack, including ad servers (Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk) and DMPs/CDPs, and marketing automation platforms
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct QA for creatives, tracking, and campaign setups, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards

Your Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital, ad, or marketing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or ad operations tools preferred
  • Proven hands‑on experience with DSPs, programmatic ad buying, and media agency collaboration
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics and conversion tracking
  • Experience with major digital advertising and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, LiveRamp, The Trade Desk)
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and ad serving technologies
  • Knowledge of SQL and Spark for audience segmentation and data extraction

Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
