Senior Logistics Technician (driving) – Audio Visual, Event Production

Join Pinnacle Live to manage the warehouse and venue activities for audio‑visual and event production. You will drive fleet vehicles for pickup and delivery of company assets while supporting the logistics and event team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment and collect sub‑rental items.
• Follow SOPs to receive, document, and safeguard inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain company fleet vehicles in accordance with vehicle guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, lifts) safely and load company assets.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure on‑time completion of all scheduled duties.
• Assist with audio‑visual set‑up and strike at venues, as needed.
• Conduct physical inventory audits to maintain accountability of company assets.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and fleet vehicle storage areas.
• Continuously improve technical skills in audio, video/data, staging, lighting, and computer networking.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and training guidelines.
• Develop working knowledge of company inventory and related equipment.
• Follow all company rules and policies, including working hours and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio‑visual or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team environment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• Commitment to best‑in‑class customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to apply and manage company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, box truck operation, or warehouse work is preferred.

Physical Demands

Requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform tasks in non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environments. Regularly push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
