• Pay Rate: $29.95-75/hr
• Shift/Hours: 9am-6pm with 1-hour lunch break

Job Summary

The Designer will create high-impact motion graphics and visual content for broadcast, digital, and social promotional media supporting major sports and entertainment properties. This role requires a strong design sensibility, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, audience-driven visuals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal campaigns and cohesive graphic packages for a range of sports properties.
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across all touchpoints in alignment with Strategy and Creative Leadership.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and creative directors to concept and deliver innovative visual storytelling across broadcast, video, and social media.
• Produce standout visuals for promotional content supporting events such as the Olympics, Golf, NASCAR, Premier League, WNBA, College Basketball, and more.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Cinema The Client (Arnold, Redshift, X-Particles, Turbulence FD a plus).
• Strong capabilities in typography, color theory, motion, and timing.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution across various media.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience supporting broadcast, sports, or major media content.
• Experience developing cross-platform visual campaigns.
