The position requires the ability to design various client needs in collaboration with the wider creative team.Candidates should have an understanding of Roc Nation’s aesthetics and branding, past and current content, and be able to identify opportunities for growth with a high level of execution and knowledge of what’s trending in entertainment and culture at large.**Responsibilities:*** Assist in the development and production of graphic assets, image creation, typography, and designs alongside the Art Director and Graphic Design Team* Assist in creating and producing Advertising, Marketing, and all collateral materials* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, brand and artist marketing to fulfill asset needs* Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas with the team* Uphold the standards of the Roc Nation brand**Experience, Skills, Knowledge*** 1-5 years of experience in graphic design* Extensive knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After InDesign, Effects)* PDF portfolio or on-line portfolio **required*** Genuine interest in commercial arts and the entertainment industry* Willingness to learn, ability to take direction and adapt to change* Organized in schedule and processes* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Great time management* Motion graphics capability highly favorable* Basic understanding of typography, color, and design language* Ability to work with direction from creative team / clients* Initiative to figure out creative solutions on your own, if no direction is provided* Highly organized, with baseline levels of project management* A team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task* In tune with latest trends, news, and tools* Basic understanding of the Roc Nation brand, all subsequent verticals, and partner companiesApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.**Benefits & Perks****HEALTH**: Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family with access to a health care concierge and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA)**YOURSELF**: Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time and floating days**CAREER**: Career and skill development programs with School of Live**WEALTH**: 401(k) program with company matchNote – Roc Nation benefits and policies differ from Live Nation.----------The expected compensation for this position is:$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD*\*\* Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.* #J-18808-Ljbffr
