Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing creative assets that reflect and elevate the brand across all touchpoints — packaging, retail, digital, social, and advertising. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in the CPG or food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Execution
- Design and develop visual assets for packaging, social media, digital ads, website, trade shows, and retail displays.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative Director to translate strategy and concepts into impactful creative executions.
- Prepare print-ready files for packaging, mockups, and 3D renderings.
Marketing & Content Design
- Create compelling visuals and layouts for email campaigns, paid media, influencer partnerships, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with digital and sales teams to develop retailer sell sheets, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms and audiences (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Support product launches with innovative visual concepts and packaging design refreshes.
- Stay current on design trends, typography, color theory, and emerging visual tools.
- Bring fresh ideas and push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design at a CPG, food, or lifestyle brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dimensions); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or 3D visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, packaging, and digital content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and brand storytelling.
