Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site role located in West Hollywood, CA. As a Podcast Producer at Melrose Podcasts, you will be responsible for overseeing the full production process, including pre‑production, recording, editing, and post‑production. This role will require collaboration with hosts and guests to ensure seamless recordings and deliver polished, high‑quality audio content. Additional responsibilities may include managing schedules, preparing episode outlines, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to creative and promotional strategies to elevate the podcast’s reach.

Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving audio or equipment‑related issues
• Demonstrated skills in audio recording, mixing, editing, and using software tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar programs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to create compelling content
• Proficiency in creative storytelling and ensuring high‑quality, engaging podcast episodes
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement strategies, and promotional tactics for podcasts
• Experience in live streaming, mobile recording, or video production is a must.
• Passion for podcasting and familiarity with trends in the podcasting industry
