The primary goal of this collaboration is to coordinate, produce, and optimize high-quality SEO content that ranks in Google and the performance of our websites.

As a freelance Content Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee content production across several high-traffic websites.
  • Develop editorial plans and implement SEO strategies based on keyword research and market priorities.
  • Create and edit new content tailored to different user segments within sports betting and iGaming.
  • Assign tasks to writers, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and competitive developments in the Polish market.
  • Collaborate with our business development team to ensure optimal partner placements and offers.
  • Work with CRO/UX specialists to improve user engagement and ensure top technical performance of sites.
  • Apply your own SEO insights to boost organic visibility and reach.

This role requires close communication with our in-house teams but allows for flexible, independent work.

Requirements

  • Strong command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Keen editorial eye and ability to turn any copy into engaging, accurate, SEO‑optimized content.
  • Hands‑on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in content management, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of UX principles in web products.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills.

A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
