• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new design capabilities that meet business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate system adoption.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools to boost design process efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the design systems community.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including expertise in component libraries, tokens, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Proven experience in collaborating within agile environments.

Preferred Skills
