VP Senior Director Growth Marketing – BluZinc
Join us as a senior marketing executive driving growth for BluZinc, a high‑growth technology and SaaS company serving entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr
Location Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area
Responsibilities Lead the D2C growth team to scale customer acquisition and retention from $30M+ revenue to $100M+.
Design and execute performance media, paid search, direct response advertising and email/SMS life cycle strategies that produce exponential ROAS.
Build strong partnerships, affiliate programs, and brand awareness campaigns that generate qualified leads and repeat customers.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and optimize the entire customer journey.
Qualifications 3+ years in a senior marketing role with at least 2 companies, consistently doubling or tripling revenue (e.g., $20M–$100M).
Proven experience targeting early‑stage entrepreneurs and business owners, developing high‑ticket programs ($2K–$40K+/event).
Hands‑on expertise with sales development, BDR/SDR, email, SMS, video, and short‑form copy that delivers measurable ROI.
Strong leadership skills and a long‑term vision to inspire and motivate a high‑performing team.
