Job Summary We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to spearhead our community management across major platforms, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn and Reddit as part of our Global Business Solutions Group. This role involves hands‑on daily engagement, partnering with strategists for content development, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to build customer empathy and manage our brand's voice across social landscapes. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in end‑to‑end measurement, reporting, and staying updated with industry developments to maintain our presence as a best‑in‑class community manager.
Job Requirements
Manage daily platform engagement and content publication on LinkedIn and Reddit.
Partner with brand strategists to inform strategic approaches and manage the editorial calendar.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as content marketing, sales, and customer success to support brand goals.
Build and maintain deep customer empathy; monitor conversations across target audiences including mid‑market and accountants.
Own measurement and reporting for community management efforts, implementing data‑backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Must have Skills
Proficient in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, with strong community management skills.
Exceptional writing and copyediting skills, maintaining brand voice and tone.
Strong program management capabilities, with an ability to work autonomously and navigate a matrixed organization.
Industry Experience Preferably experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with the small business landscape. Understanding of AI search and social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch) is desirable. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creative copywriting with analytical prowess to drive engagement and brand loyalty within our business community.
