In This Role You Will

What You’ll Do
Move rapidly from opportunity to concept to design, maintaining momentum with multiple options.
Lead and contribute to projects that drive significant value for customers and the business.
Design end-to-end user flows addressing current and future needs and pain points.
Influence product strategy and execution as part of the core product team.
Communicate clearly and exhibit design perspectives for complex problems.
Leverage system-wide dependencies and technical specifics to enhance design contributions.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve front-end issues and improve product quality.
Unify and enhance the customer experience across designers and product teams.
Track progress, document challenges, and share proactive solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects that achieve strategic company objectives.
Participate in company-wide events (e.g., Shark‑A‑Hack) to showcase skills.
Hypothesize and track the impact of design on key performance indicators and business metrics.
Implement best practices and introduce industry‑leading tools to the design community.
Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships for seamless collaboration.
