Position Summary Manage floor operations for multiple product categories, ensuring production quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop associates, communicate goals, and coordinate staffing to meet facility objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility, managing goals, staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination.
Monitor productivity, review and analyze business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards, train associates on logistics policies, monitor compliance, and maintain documentation.
Identify customer and supplier concerns, consult with others, and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback, teach, model policies, identify training needs, and participate in hiring and promotion.
Build inclusive teams, foster belonging, and create a workplace where associates feel supported.
Recruit, retain, and develop talent, recognizing contributions.
Act with integrity, uphold ethics, and support Walmart’s regenerative initiatives.
Deliver results while prioritizing customer needs and applying Walmart’s business models.
Make data-driven decisions, balancing short and long‑term priorities.
Encourage learning, embrace technology, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
OR 1 year’s Walmart Logistics Management experience.
OR 2 years’ Walmart Logistics experience.
OR 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience supervising associates.
Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems.
Relevant bachelor’s coursework in Business or Logistics.
