Director of Marketing

will oversee all marketing, branding, and communications efforts for a vibrant, multi-concept portfolio that includes:

A renowned

Los Angeles restaurant

celebrated for its innovation and cultural influence,

reopening of a beloved and iconic Miami Beach dining destination , and

The

relaunch of an established offsite catering business

entering a new era of growth and visibility.

We’re seeking a visionary strategist and hands‑on storyteller who thrives in dynamic, creative environments, understands how to generate buzz and loyalty, and can inspire cross‑functional teams to bring brand narratives to life.

What You’ll Do Brand & Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning all business units — the LA restaurant, Miami Beach reopening, and catering division.

Translate the company’s vision and legacy into a cohesive, forward‑looking brand identity.

Partner with ownership and executive leadership to position each concept uniquely while maintaining consistency across the brand family.

Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and digital partnerships.

Lead the creation of a

new, fully redesigned website

that reflects the refreshed brand identity, enhances the guest experience, and integrates with reservations and event inquiries.

Manage online reputation and guest engagement across digital platforms.

Leverage analytics and digital tools to measure performance and optimize strategy.

Communications, PR & Storytelling

Lead all public relations efforts, including media strategy, press outreach, and storytelling campaigns.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media and cultural partnerships, cultivating lasting relationships with journalists, influencers, and tastemakers.

Craft compelling narratives that celebrate the brand’s heritage while introducing a new era of creativity and hospitality.

Oversee the development of press materials, talking points, and media events tied to openings, collaborations, and brand milestones.

Direct the

creation of all new marketing collateral

— including sales decks, menus, print materials, and branded assets — in anticipation of the restaurant relaunch and catering expansion.

Partner with creative teams, photographers, and designers to produce high‑quality content that elevates the brand across platforms.

Manage the development of marketing and content calendars aligned with events, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.

Champion innovation in visual storytelling to ensure all materials feel fresh, polished, and on‑brand.

Social Media & Audience Engagement

Drive the

revitalization of the brand’s social media presence , crafting a cohesive voice, visual direction, and content strategy that reflects the energy and sophistication of the new chapter.

Oversee day‑to‑day management of social platforms, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and meaningful audience engagement.

Collaborate with the on‑site teams in Miami and Los Angeles to capture real‑time content that highlights culture, cuisine, and guest experience.

Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, including the Marketing Manager (Miami) and external creative partners.

Foster collaboration with operations, culinary, events, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Oversee agency relationships, ensuring creative and strategic consistency across markets.

Inspire a culture of curiosity, creativity, and excellence.

Performance, Insights & Growth

Analyze campaign performance and develop data‑driven strategies for continued growth.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.

Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure brand health, engagement, and ROI across all channels.

Who You Are Must‑Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.

Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple locations or concepts.

Expertise in digital marketing, website development, brand positioning, and experiential activations.

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.

Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable balancing creative vision with business impact.

Bonus Skills

Experience launching or repositioning hospitality concepts or legacy brands.

Deep familiarity with both the Miami and Los Angeles markets.

Visual sensibility and comfort directing photo/video shoots and creative campaigns.

Existing relationships within hospitality, media, and lifestyle networks.

Multilingual abilities (Spanish a plus).
