Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Real Estate Investment Company

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next evolution of our brand and investor communications strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision – someone who can architect long‑term growth plans while rolling up their sleeves to make them happen.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in investor relations, capital raising, and brand positioning within the investment or real estate sectors (comparative experience in private equity, venture capital, or other high‑growth investment environments will be considered).

Salary: $100,000+ Yearly salary – Full‑Time Opportunity – Benefits Included

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to attract new investors and deepen relationships with existing ones.

Create investor materials, presentations, and reporting that clearly convey our value proposition and performance.

Partner with leadership to support capital‑raising efforts for current and future investment opportunities.

Strategic Brand Leadership

Define and drive a unified brand strategy that elevates our market position.

Develop storytelling, digital presence, and public relations strategies that reinforce investor confidence and brand authority.

Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms, aligning marketing with the company's mission and values.

Growth & Execution

Build and oversee marketing systems, campaigns, and data‑driven initiatives that support investor acquisition and retention.

Implement scalable marketing processes, analytics, and reporting tools to measure performance.

Lead and mentor internal and external marketing resources.

Qualifications

Proven success in a senior marketing or investor relations leadership role, ideally within real estate investment, private equity, or related industries.

Demonstrated experience attracting investors, developing investor communications, and supporting fundraising initiatives.

A balance of strategic and tactical capability – comfortable leading vision and execution.

Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand development, and storytelling.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a growing, mission‑driven organization.

Preferred Experience

Experience overseeing capital campaigns, investor onboarding, or fund marketing.

Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles or similar operational frameworks.

Background in marketing for multi‑entity or vertically integrated businesses.
