Company Description: Deux Vingt is a creative production agency working at the convergence of art, media, and strategy. We partner with brands to create culturally relevant storytelling across motion, digital, and experiential formats. We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who understands platform nuance, trends, the speed of social, and can translate that into content that connects.
Role Overview: As a Social Content Creator , you will concept, write, edit platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels. This role requires equal parts creative instinct and technical execution. You will work alongside strategy, creative, and production teams to develop scroll-stopping content, track trends in real time, and adapt ideas quickly. The ideal candidate understands how tone, pacing, visuals, and timing shift by platform—and knows how to bring that to life through short-form video, graphics, and compelling copy.
Key Responsibilities:
Create short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including reels, stories, carousels, and feed posts.
Write sharp, accurate, and engaging headlines, hooks, captions, and on-screen copy while maintaining brand tone and platform relevancy.
Identify and respond to trends in real time, demonstrating strong editorial judgment and awareness of what drives engagement.
Edit video content for pacing, tone, clarity, and platform performance using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Create and adapt graphics, visual assets, and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Repurpose existing assets into new formats and dimensions based on platform requirements.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to turn concepts and briefs into content with clear purpose and measurable impact.
Stay up to date with cultural moments, platform features, evolving formats, and best practices in social storytelling.
Manage multiple content deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Support content planning and contribute ideas for content calendars and campaign development.
Qualifications:
2–4+ years of experience creating organic social content for brands, agencies, or platforms.
Strong understanding of native content formats and trends across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Proficiency in short-form video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro required; CapCut or TikTok editing tools a plus).
Ability to craft concise, on-brand copy that hooks quickly and drives engagement.
Experience designing or adapting visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.
Strong understanding of tone, pacing, storytelling structures, and visual hierarchy in short-form content.
Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
A strong portfolio or social samples demonstrating platform fluency and creative thinking.
