We are looking for a
hands-on, highly creative content producer
who lives and breathes storytelling, understands aesthetic excellence, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping video, photography, graphics, and social content.

The Role As our
Marketing Creative , you will be the driving force behind Senso’s visual storytelling. You’ll create video, photo, and graphic design content that elevates our brand, showcases our projects, engages our audiences, and fuels our social growth.
You will work across multiple channels—Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, website, campaigns, showrooms, product launches—and collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and creative execution.
What You’ll Do Content Creation
Film, edit, and produce short‑form and long‑form videos for social media, brand campaigns, and client stories
Capture photo content across project sites, showrooms, installations, events, and product shoots
Own video and content pipelines from concept → storyboard → production → editing → delivery
Graphic & Visual Design
Design brand‑aligned graphics, layouts, presentations, ads, and digital assets
Maintain consistent visual language across all creative output
Create design systems, templates, and content packs that streamline production
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Analyze performance and optimize content based on data and engagement patterns
Support community building through storytelling that resonates with architects, designers, and consumers
Brand & Campaign Support
Collaborate with leadership on brand direction, tone, and messaging
Produce assets for product launches, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns
Contribute to creative concepts that bring Senso’s brand to life

A natural storyteller with an eye for design, composition, and detail
A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving environments
A creator who brings energy, curiosity, and original ideas every day
A multi‑disciplinary creative who’s just as comfortable behind a camera as behind a design screen
Someone who understands premium brands and the interior design/architecture aesthetic
Someone who finds solutions—not excuses
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content production, creative marketing, or digital media
Expert in video shooting & editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.)
Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
Strong motion design skills a plus (After Effects)
Portfolio demonstrating video, photography, and design work
required
Experience managing and creating for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Strong sense of visual branding, typography, and layout
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver quickly
Nice-to-Have
Experience in architecture, interiors, design, lifestyle, or luxury brands
Photography lighting and studio experienceDrone footage experience
Basic web design / CMS skills
