Director, Management & Communications
Pacific International is seeking a proven change management professional to lead internal communications strategies, drive the roadmap for change, and bring together all business units. The role partners directly with the CHRO and the Executive Leadership team, ensuring engagement across employees and stakeholders during rapid growth and significant change initiatives such as acquisitions, new product launches, and IPOs.
The ideal candidate possesses strong written and oral communication skills, experience leading change management in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and a history of influencing senior leadership in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of internal communications strategies aligned with change initiatives.
• Partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to articulate company goals and ensure employee engagement.
• Facilitate buy‑in from regional teams and adapt communication plans across diverse geographic markets.
• Influence upward and navigate complex, matrixed structures to drive change adoption.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience operating in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record leading change management initiatives.
Experience leading internal communications strategy for a business unit or function.
Strategic communication experience supporting C‑Suite executives.
Ability to influence and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
