Job Description:
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of the organization’s custom executive education programs. This position bridges marketing execution and business development efforts, ensuring that programs gain visibility, leads are nurtured, and relationships with past and potential clients are strengthened. The role requires expertise in content creation, campaign management, and proposal support to drive engagement and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead Conversion Support:
Execute nurture campaigns to keep prospects engaged and advance them through the sales funnel. Provide follow‑up communication and campaign execution support in collaboration with the business development team.
Proposal Development Assistance:
Contribute to client‑ready proposals and presentations by drafting, formatting, and designing materials. Support timely and effective responses to new business opportunities through execution and project coordination.
Client Re‑Engagement:
Develop and execute alumni and client retention campaigns. Build email lists, draft outreach messages, and monitor engagement metrics to encourage repeat and expansion business.
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:
Implement targeted marketing campaigns (email, paid media, thought leadership) in key industries. Maintain accurate Salesforce data to track pipeline progress and provide insights.
Content Development:
Create relevant and high‑impact content, including case studies, blog posts, and social media materials, to engage corporate decision‑makers and enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Management:
Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals, ensuring consistent communication and engagement across all channels.
Operational Support:
Coordinate contracts, manage logistics for client meetings and site visits, and assist with budgeting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business development operations.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and business development strategies.
